Viking Risk-Free Guarantee

So that you can plan your voyage with peace of mind, the Risk-Free Guarantee allows guests to change their cruise date up until 14 days before their planned departure—and Viking will waive any fees. This offer covers all Viking reservations that are made between December 1, 2021 and February 28, 2022 for a 2022 voyages.
For those who have Viking Air included, notice must be given 14 days prior to your date of flight departure.
For those who have booked cruise/hotel only, notice must be given 14 days prior to your cruise embarkation/hotel check in, whichever is earlier.
Should you wish to change your reservation, you can choose which policy works best for you: Viking’s Risk-Free Guarantee or standard cancellation policy.
Reservation changes under the Risk-Free Guarantee will be reimbursed in the form of a Risk-Free Guarantee Future Cruise Voucher in the amount of 100% of all monies paid to Viking. Guests will have 24 months to select their new date and use their Risk-Free Guarantee Future Cruise Voucher to make a new reservation on any Viking river, ocean or expedition cruise.

Prices shown are eligible for AUD$200 per couple for your first time Viking guests, or AUD400 per couple off for returning guests.  Fares are per person in Australia Dollars, twin share, in stated category stateroom.  Prices include port charges, government taxes, (correct as at 4 February 2022).  Payment by cash or direct deposit – Q-Card & Credit Card prices are available.  Itinerary is subject to change. Additional conditions may apply. Our prices exclude international airfares, however if required, please ask your Our Cruise Specialist for options. PRICE GUARANTEE 
Once you have paid in full for your trip, you are safe from any additional charges. Airfare increases, currency fluctuations, increased fuel surcharges, new government taxes—none of these will apply to you. 

EXPEDITION CRUISE OFFER
Prices are per person, in Australian dollars and for Australian and New Zealand residents only. They are based on double occupancy, subject to availability and correct at time of printing. GENERAL RESTRICTIONS 
Passengers traveling on cruises offered by Viking River Cruises and which may involve travel to remote locales, including, but not limited to, the Arctic or Antarctic regions (“Expedition Cruises”) are subject to additional terms and conditions as set forth in the Passenger Ticket Contract. Such passengers should read the Passenger Ticket carefully as it contains acknowledgements, requirements, and warranties specific to Expedition Cruises. Expedition Cruises involve additional risks and dangers above and beyond those of non-Expedition Cruises. Because of these inherent risks, all passengers traveling on Expedition Cruises are required to submit a Fit to Travel letter prior to travel and to update the Fit to Travel letter as also set forth in the Passenger Ticket Contract. In addition each passenger must take out appropriate cruise travel insurance which includes medical evacuation of at least US$250,000. Expedition Cruises are subject to greater restrictions on services and accommodations than would otherwise be generally applicable, including but not limited to what passengers may be able to bring on board during their travel on an Expedition Cruise. If you are traveling on an Expedition Cruise, you warrant that you have no physical or psychological condition which would entail an unreasonable risk to the health or safety of others participating in the Expedition Cruise or to the safe conduct of the Expedition Cruise and agree to abide by all terms and conditions of the Passenger Ticket Contract.
